Welcome to the St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust website. Part of the Diocese of Nottingham, we are a communion of 16 Catholic academies, across Lincolnshire and Rutland, comprising 14 primary and 2 secondary schools.
A family of outward facing, forward thinking Catholic schools where every individual is respected and supported to thrive and develop.
We will work together in faith to achieve great action through little gestures in service of every young person to ensure they fulfil their unique, God-given potential.
Our Trust Values
Our Trust values reflect what is at the heart of all we do. These values underpin our distinctiveness.
1. Christ at the centre
“I can do everything through him who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13
2. Community – school, home, parish, Trust
“so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” Romans 12:5
3. Care, support and love for all in our community
“Don’t forget to do good and to share what you have because God is pleased with these kinds of sacrifices.” Hebrews 13:16
4. Equality, diversity and inclusivity
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” John 13:34
5. Greater good / Support for those less fortunate than ourselves
“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will repay him for his deed.” Proverbs 19:17
6. Enjoying what we do and being the best we can be
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people.” Colossians 3:23-24

Performance & Standards: Embedding a Love of Learning through a desire for knowledge and enhancing learning opportunities for all pupils and staff.
Finance: Embedding Generosity by sharing with others and helping those in need. To treat others as our neighbour.
HR: Embedding Justice by treating all members of our family fairly and equally with dignity and support.
Estates: Embedding a Love of Neighbour by supporting the site and Health & Safety needs of our Academies to ensure the safety of our community and best environment to allow our pupils to learn and grow. Understanding that our neighbours may have greater needs than us.
