We at St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust on behalf of St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy are seeking to appoint two cleaners to join our school team, working 12.5 hours per week during term time.  This is a fixed term contract expected to end on 31st July 2019.

We are looking for someone who is organised, hardworking and flexible.  The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be able to sometimes work without direct supervision. As a team player the successful applicant will have effective communication skills and will enjoy the variety and challenges of a busy, creative school environment.

Duties will include:

  • To be responsible for the cleaning of a specified area of the Academy

The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo training in first aid and manual handling.

Working hours will be 12.5 per week, 3.30 – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.   Previous experience of working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

We at St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust on behalf of St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to join our school team, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  The working hours will be 11am until 7pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who is organised, hardworking and flexible.  The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be able to sometimes work without direct supervision. As a team player the successful applicant will have effective communication skills and will enjoy the variety and challenges of a busy, creative school environment.

Duties will include:

To provide an on-site service including security of the premises and its contents, heating and lighting of the premises, porterage, and minor maintenance repairs.  To ensure that the premises are cleaned, supervise the work of cleaners/caretakers/assistant caretakers ensuring the work is satisfactory.  Manage a maintenance and repair budget, obtaining quotations for goods and services as necessary. Ensure that the Headteacher is fully informed on all matters relating to the premises.  Carry out safety checks as required ensuring adequate records are maintained.

We at St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust on behalf of Saint Mary’s Catholic Primary Academy in Grimsby, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our school team, working 27.5 hours per week during term time.  This is a fixed-term contract that will end in July 2019.

We are seeking a proactive teaching assistant who will support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning and who will inspire our children to achieve their full potential. You do not need to be a practising Catholic but must be committed to working within a Christian ethos.
