Sites: Based at St Norbert’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, Spalding
We are seeking a proactive, motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant who will join our team at St Norbert’s Spalding. We are a small, caring primary school which a strong focus on supporting children and their families.
We are looking to appoint a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant. A relevant NVQ or equivalent, along with previous experience of working with children with special educational needs and/or disability in a primary school setting is required.
The successful applicants will:
- Be qualified to minimum NVQ level 2 in a relevant area
- Be educated to a good standard in English and Maths
- Be able to challenge, motivate and foster independence in our pupils
- Be hard working and passionate about engaging children in learning and overcoming barriers
- Be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team
The working hours for this role: 9-12 and 12:30 -3:15 daily
