We at St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust on behalf of St Mary’s RC Primary Voluntary Academy Boston are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with SEND/Medical experience to join our innovative and friendly school team.

The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo training as appropriate.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with SEND/Medical experience preferable as this role includes intimate care duties, although training will be given if necessary.  We are looking for someone who is patient, caring and a team player, who is flexible and positive at all times. Most of all we are seeking to appoint someone who feels it is their vocation to work with children with special educational needs and will go above and beyond to support the children or child they work with.

We are looking for excellent practitioners who must:

  • Have experience of working with children with additional and medical needs
  • Be willing to undertake intimate care in line with our policy when needed
  • Must be willing to undertake training appropriate to job role and Safeguarding duties


  • First Aid trained
  • Epilepsy trained
  • Knowledge of teaching various interventions
