Job description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Catholic Multi Academy Trust.  St Thérèse of Lisieux CMAT is one of four Catholic Multi Academy Trusts (CMAT’s) in the Diocese of Nottingham, which provides consistent, proactive and high quality support and services to all our head teachers, senior leaders and trustees.

St Bede’s Catholic Academy wish to appoint an effective cleaner to work in a busy school supporting the needs of the school, as well being a visual member of the school.  The job will see you:

  • To be responsible for the cleaning duties of fixtures, fitting and the internal fabric of school buildings and outside areas.
  • Undertake specialist cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure the safe use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • To communicate effectively with staff and students as and when requested.

The work pattern for this role will be as follows: 3pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday

To be a successful cleaner we are looking for a candidate who is able to prioritise their work, is able to support students, has a professional relationship with colleagues and is able to be flexible in how they work.
