Salary: CMAT Salary Band 1- £17,842- £18,562 Per annum (Actual Pro Rata Salary £3,616.62 - £3,762.56)

We are seeking to appoint 2 part time cleaners to join our school team, working 7.5 hours per week over 52 weeks. We are looking for someone who is organised, hardworking and flexible.
The successful candidate would be able to show initiative, take pride in their work, be able to work without supervision and be part of our friendly, caring team. It is essential that the successful applicant has effective communication skills and will enjoy the variety and challenges of a busy, creative school environment.
Duties will include:
- Undertaking cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Safely storing cleaning materials and equipment
- Reporting any problems relating to cleaning equipment and materials
- Key holder responsibilities
The successful candidate will be:
- Diligent, hardworking and reliable
- Able to work both independently and take direction as part of a team approach to cleaning.
Previous experience of cleaning in a commercial environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
There will be flexibility around the hours. Working hours will include working 4.30pm onwards and locking up the building may be required around 6.00pm.
