Job description:

St Bede’s Catholic Academy wish to appoint an effective Receptionist to work in a busy reception area dealing with queries from parents, students, staff and other stakeholders.

The job will see you:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the Academy

• Answering all incoming calls.

• Ad-hoc admin roles

• Running reports.

• Liaising with teachers and other staff.

• Being a trained first aider.

To be a success receptionist we are looking for a candidate who is able to prioritise their work, is able to deal with potentially difficult and challenging conversations, has an excellent telephone manner and has able to interact professionally with students.

We are seeking a proactive Receptionist who will may be the first face that a parent or visitor sees to the Academy.
You do not need to be a practising Catholic but must be committed to working within a Christian ethos.
