Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary school is a small school located in the town of Sleaford. With 166 children on roll we promote and cherish our ‘family’ character so can confidently state our school is a happy and caring place to be.
We are seeking to find an experienced class Teaching Assistant L3 (with appropriate skills, knowledge, talent and ambition) to join our friendly team. You will be a team player able to work under teacher direction or motivated to be self-directed so that you can make every minute count for the children we serve.
Experience of delivering phonics group teaching and early reading support would be advantageous and/or experience of working in Year 6 where you will have supported learners to make accelerated progress through targeted support.
We can offer small class sizes, excellent resources, well behaved and motivated children and highly supportive families.
