St Norbert’s has a happy working environment, supported by staff, parents and governors, with highly motivated and well-behaved children.

We require a highly motivated and flexible Teaching Assistant to manage our Breakfast Club and to work in our Nursery and Reception classes and around school where needed, under the guidance of the Foundation Stage Manager.

The post will involve working from 7.45am – 8.30am managing the Academy’s Breakfast Club and then from 8.30am to 3pm as a Teaching Assistant. 30 hours per week of this role will be spent as a Teaching Assistant.

An Early Years Educator Qualification or equivalent will be required for this position.

The postholder should support the Catholic ethos of the Academy.  As the demands of this post will change from day to day, the postholder should show initiative and flexibility.
